Default AB winter dog door

Don't worry, I'm not wanting winter back either but I've been here long enough to know it will be back. With that in mind, I have to install a dog door which will be facing to our prevailing winds and I want one that will be more than adequate.....Is there such a door..??? Thx guys

I’ve got this one

https://www.petsmart.ca/dog/crates-g...r-5127354.html

installed in the man door to my shop
It gets a lot of east wind and I have seen it blow open with some really strong winds, I’m not sure of an alternative but I certainly wouldn’t be without one.

Edit to add;
It’s been in place and used countless times every day for the last 6 years - holding up very well

I have the same one, and when the wind blows from the right direction, the flaps will open a bit. We usually put the cover over it once it gets colder than -20.
