Default Nordegg Quadind

Planning a trip to Nordegg using it maybe for base camp. We r flat landers wanting to do some scenic mountain riding. Will be out this July staying for at least a week. Looking for campground info places to ride in the mountains. Any info will appreciated. We r up in age and like our beer. Thanks.

No use going to David Thompson Resort. Can't go quading anywhere near there. They'd have to trailer back to the dam at least.

Hummingbird Staging Area or Bighorn Dam are best bets. Most of trails around Nordegg itself are non motorized now.

The Government site has georeferenced maps you can download now so you will know where you are even with no cell coverage.

Enforcement has picked up in recent years so know where you are.
