My 2010 archery elk. This way my first ever elk! Hoyt turbo hawk sank 4 arrows into the beast by the time it was all over, never had a chance to go this year but I will be out next year for sure, it's such a rush to hear the bugle!!

This guy was my first bull elk, I took him the fourth day of the archery season on a solo hunt. Just had it scored at 313 6/8 with only 2 2/8 in deductions. He was a very symetrical bull. A great addition to the living room.

There's a lot of nice elk on this thread and sorry 'm not adding to it. Elk have been re-introduce to Ontario. My great grandfather hunted them in the late 1800's and early 1900's before they were wiped out. I'm looking forward to the time when they repopulate more of the areas where they once roamed in good numbers so that they can be hunted here. Until then, I'll be watching threads like this one, and wait for my chance.
