Gunsmith - for A.H. Fox shotgun (Calgary area)

Looking for recommendations for a gunsmith in/near Calgary I can take my old Fox shotgun to.

He works out of his house, in Whitehorn, he is slow but very good. He makes the parts that he can no longer order.

I saw an old Beretta that Stefan at the Shooting edge refurbished. It looked like he did a great job.

I would dare say that one of the better and more knowledgeable guys in Alberta when it comes to sxs repair would be ..... dang...can't think of his name....he had a shop in Breton. Someone will know. I think he closed the shop down or something, but still does work on guns.

Anyone?? What's the scoop with that place anyway...I've even seen him post on here a few times I'm sure.

I have stopped in there a time or two and called him asking about LC Smith's and he seemed quite knowledgeable about old sxs's.

Yup.....still running, might still be moving/switching shops though.

Only answers the phone on wednesdays I believe.
