Default Wolf in K country

wolf2.jpgWas Driving through k country and saw this big black wolf.
Sure wish i could have got to my gun gun be fore he crossed the road.
thats two i have seen in my life. and no shots.

They are always cool to see. There are lots in K-Country for sure. I saw 11 one evening right by the Galatea parking lot.

I was in there on Tuesday, saw a decent grizz crossing the road right after Nakiska. Only got a picture of its butt. When was this photo taken? On tues everything had a decent coat of snow over it. Me and my buddy went for a late season attempt at Mount Rae. Didn't go over to well.

Thursday. ha, We went out for a attempt on Wednesday afternoon up are sheep mountain, and it didn't go well . Way to much snow. up to knee's in the trees, got real wet, turned around went home in the dark, with tail between legs
hope i can get out one more time for sheep.
