Default Hunter education course

Howdy, just looking for a little guidence on the hunter education course. My son paid for the online course and it keeps telling him he needs adobe 8 or greater to view this couse. I paid for the adobe update but he still is having issues. If anybody could lend some helpful advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Could it be the browser add on? When my computer told me I needed 8, I downloaded it for free, I didn’t have to pay anything.

Try another browser, ie. Internet Explorer, if you haven't already.

This is why I have 4 browsers on my computer!

You do not need to pay for anything, completed this course myself last fall on a laptop about 7 years old. I remember having some kind of issues myself and believe I did have to use another browser.

Chrome often has issues with Adobe based sites and courses. Chrome disables the auto extensions for Adobe and to get it to run with Adobe is possible but a pain. Just switch to Firefox, it is a free down load and far more compatible with most old style government sites. Explorer works too if you have it.

I would contact AHEIA if that is the online course he registered for.

Browser change is good advice though. sometimes at the top left of the url bar you might find an icon asking for permission to use it.

You need Adobe Flash. It's free.
