96 Sierra 454 question

Anyone know where the temp sensor for my guage would be on this thing?
The guage is stuck wide open so I'm guessing there is a problem with the sensor.
The truck over heated in January during the cold snap. I replaced the stat and it is not over heating, just reading that it is?

check top right front of engine by thermostat housing .
