They have been trying to run him, but it isn't throwing him off his game.

Sooooooooooooo
After watching Boys get beat by MEN tonight, I thought I would walk over to the liquor store and do a little window shopping in preparation for Rig Rat sending me my bottle... So many choices and so little time... What to do, what to do......

Crappy outcome. St Louis hasn’t been in a cup final since 1970 and I seriously didn’t feel it with the way the crowd was even at the start. Not very electric. I used to see Glenn Hall grocery shopping and would chat him up when I shopped at the Sobey’s in Stony Plain. Wonder if he’s watching the series? Binnington didn’t show up last night...

Bahaha funny I was in the liquor store myself the other day taking a look around.
Well was buying a bottle for a buddies 50th but still looked around.
I haven't seen much of the last 2 games. Flew during one, and that 50th party was last night but I'm sure Blues will straighten things out next game.

How about that, it's alot easier to win when you don't allow 4 PPG.

Boston getting outplayed. Even despite last games score. It’s like boys to men out there.

Boston thinks they don’t have to skate to win. Hopefully it’s a wake up call. They only have to play at a good level for 2 games, then they can think about golfing.

Amazing what can happen when you stay out of the box, oh and Binnington decided to make a few saves. Good game. Good job Blues. Whoop Whoop. Getting thirsty over here.

Referees should be fined when they fock up that bad.
Was a good game played by both teams. The outcome may have been the same, you never know. I can see missing the borderline calls, but an obvious one 10’ from you is unacceptable. This also includes when Krug got hit in the head

Bruins Fans.. HaHa.
Yep another missed call, costly screw up by the refs. What's the solution, Reviews? I wouldn't have a problem with reviews on goals. They review scoring plays in the NFL.

Except that the review would have to be on the penalty, not the goal. Oh well. Can just hope the ref is done for the next 2 games.

They need a ref in the press box with access to instant replay who can call down and let the on ice officials know what he sees. Only review what the off ice referee calls.

Get rid of video review, get rid of the 50 officials over scrutinizing every play and let the game be played like it has been for the last 100+ years.
The talk of review this and review that is just going to slow the game down.
What’s the first thing they show when a team scores? The stupid coach staring down at the tv monitor beside his foot.
Less crying, more hockey please.

True in this case, I don't know what is best but every round there has been some sort of controversy over reffing. Taking away from the games. Off ice ref good idea. Something, it's a fast game.
What I do know is that this game has really sparked my thirst. Hankering a drink of some sort..

Marchand said to do away with the video review so it’s only fair to him that this play was non-reviewable. Lol

If they had an off ice official in a press box like u say there would be way too many extra calls. The view advantage that the press box referee would have would be a game changer. Nothing would be missed. It’s a lot different watching the game from a press box up high and being able to see the whole ice surface vs. a referee trying to keep up with the play and being at ice level. Just my opinion why that wouldn’t work.

Linesmen are allowed to call major penalties after the fact. Maybe this should be opened up to any penalties.

Brutal non-call. Why the Ref didn’t call a penalty is beyond me. I’m not a fan of bringing in yet more video review or an off ice Ref, the on ice Refs simply have to do their job better.

With .millions of dollars in the line for a Stanley Cup Final game, the NHL needs to fire the officials responsible for the disaster that determined the outcome of the game tonight. At the very least, they should never be allowed to call another playoff game.

Crappy non-call but, yup "Go Blues". (Disclaimer, great goal Jake). I love watching hockey when I'm totally unbiased.

Yup, this is hockey not soccer. Sitting on the ice with sad eyes looking at the ref won't keep the puck from going into your net.
