Apparently there are a few russian snow geese that pass through here in the spring.....i think that particular population is threatened, hence they dont want to chance spring hunters reducing their numbers. That was what i told at least.......
ya the population that comes through alberta winter in russia and are loosing numbers and have become threatened therefore no season but saskatchewan isnt all that far if you want to go that bad
