Default looking for beef hart...... found some at at Edmonton Custom packers this morning

Been to super store and wall mart and they do not have any .
Can any one tell me who sells it in Edmonton.

Yup local butcher shops should have heart and tongue, man it's been a while since I had pickled heart and tongue, my mouth is watering.

I see it at T&T most almost every time I have been through the meat section there.
