Having been a professional FX trader for 14 years, there's three things to consider right now:

1. In times of crisis, the USD almost always moves higher...in 2008 it moved over 20 cents higher in two days.
2. There is a substantial bank problem in the EU, so capital will move to USD.
3. Follow the trend, now is for the USD to go higher. However, things can snap back in a minute. Sell at whatever rate makes you happy, then don't look at the rate.

Just my three cents.

Scott

Honestly I think it’s got another 20-40% to drop. My opinion only, CAD economy is in bad shape and US dollar shortage continues. All economies printing money today.

Just a quick question to all you Bill Gates wanna-bes. How many deaths until you get to the sweet spot and pull off your financial coup?

I really don't believe anybody is trying to kill anyone off. This is strictly a financial issue. I believe we are all concerned for the future and looking to protect what we have worked so hard to get. No different that working in the oil biz and trying to figure out what the price per bbl will be two hours from now. JMHO

The dollar has rallied nearly 2.5c in a couple days, not sure what that means but it's a good thing for sure.

(bad for me, didn't cash out lol)

And your bank lady is a self made millionaire I'd imagine.
Going the wrong way now.

It was close, down to .685 iirc. I withdrew the money out of the bank, have it at home, they pizzed me off with their exchange rates.

I was going to go to knightsbridge but honestly its not worth the hassle.

If it goes under .70c again I will cash in, or if it hits par I will buy more. I am in no rush for a few dollars, it's nice to have a little in the mattress.

LOL too good.

Buddy has a .10c safeway coupon that is good for unlimited L, so we are hauling a couple slip tanks today. $.609 is a pretty good saving.
