Good. Things may be returning to normal.
I am happy to pay $1 per L if it keeps someone working.

Many businesses are already starting to incorporate a COVID fee. Things will definitely be getting more expensive as the economy ramps back up. Just wait until the federal, provincial and municipal governments start wringing our wallets out.

It would be nice if your right but with oil prices still being extremely low and the patch at a crawl I don’t think that is the case
Looks like we are just seeing some good old fashion gouging the customer trying to make up for lower sales

Agreed. Actually, I am happy with even higher prices if the dollars trickle down to workers and don't just stay at the top of the big companies.

Im betting you will see a huge jump in federal and provincial income tax next year and property taxes locally. Going to be a lot less in peoples pocket to even spend.

I'm predicting a huge run on most lubricating substances.

I bought a few thousand Litres when gas was under .60c/l so I do not care what it goes to for a while. Greed is alive and well.
Funny how gas jumped .30c/l, I didn't hear anything about oil coming up.

In 3 weeks WTI has gone from $12 to $34. Seems like a pretty big jump to me? You must have missed that?

gas prices, beyond ridiculous
It's beyond ridiculous how the price of gas goes.
Yesterday morning I drive by 4 stations on my way out of town, gas is 79.9, two hours later I come back to town & it's 89.4. I go to the car wash after supper & the price is 84.9. Three different prices in less than 6 hours, WTF?
Where else in retail do prices change as quickly as this?
