Wondering what your best recommendation would be for wild game processing in the Medicine Hat area? Will be down there for the Suffield hunt in January. I have my normal guy in the Sherwood Park area but possibly for convenience sake (and to try some new flavour?) would be nice to have the option.
Not looking for any price considerations, trust and product quality are top of the list. After all, it's stuff you put in your body.
Most game processing places are pretty slow in January. Last year i was hunting with a guy from the edmonton area on the January hunt and he took it back to Edmonton to get processed, just call around to make sure they still do it in January. Better than another 5 hour drive back to the hat to pick it up when its done. Even at plus 10 on the first day hunt, it cools good at night for the next days of hunting if required, just a suggestion.
Did you get all your meat back . I live in Redcliff heard some hunters not getting all there meat back including me would not recommend him . I use deluxe meats no complaints
