Default Uses for elk leather????

Got my elk leather back from the tannery.....just wondering where I can put it to use. I'd like to have something made from it but I need some ideas. It's a descent size skin. Throw some ideas at me.......

mocassins, mukluks, mitts, sling for your gun, covering for a wood chest, a belt, sheaths for some knives, i bet there will be more suggestions but that should get you started thinking it all depends on if you want to leave the hair on the leather or not

I had chaps made from an elk hide from years back, the scraps I use to make the cheekrests on my rifle nice and cushy

I'm pretty sure it was done at Halford Hides (someone else drove it for me). I also had a whitetail buckskin done and for both hides was $210. Not a bad price, the hides are both perfect except for a bullet hole in each one and an exit hole.
