Default SCUBA Divin with my daughter

I dropped in on a very curious Hawksbill, bumped into a decent Lion, and my daughter gets up close with a huge Loggerhead.

Great vids lately Rock!!
You sure seem surrounded by excitement 24/7, lol.

Oh, and in case anyone peta minded needs to know:
"The venomous predatory lionfish fish has invaded more than 7.3 million
square kilometres in the Atlantic and Caribbean, wreaking havoc among native fish.."

Yes, I keep any big enough to get a mouthful from, they are really good, very similar to walleye
I clip the poison fins off before cutting them, safer that way.

What a wonderfully full life you live. Kudos for including your family in your adventures too. Love the lunch on a fork and nice seeing sea creatures still roam the waters. The water there looks nice and clear of water born plastics.

Said in jest ..sort of.. maybe...
The Edmonton diving Club dives at Twin Lakes SW of Edmonton and I've been told there are good sized lincod/burbot that will follow the divers sometimes. Should take your fish fork there for a poke at a lingcod. They dive to 60 or 70 feet there. Maximum depth of the lake to 35 meters. The water is pretty clear for an alberta pothole lake. There are all sorts of "treasures" and items placed along the bottom to seek out too.

Video of me cutting up a lion fish right after a dive, I still have my dive computer on. It was a good dive, not sure how many are in the sink there...... A few anyway.

Looks a bit like Paso del Cedral (Cedral Pass) on Cozumel. Seen lots of turtles, sharks, and big green morays there, but not a lot of lion fish.

That sounds like a good time, its too bad we leave all of our dive gear down in Mexico. Its just too much to be packing 5 sets of gear back and forth all the time.
And its cold diving up here, lol.
