Default Korth group. -Okotoks

Need to send some Leupold binos away to be looked at. Do they do the repairs right there in Okotoks?

What series?
Pretty much all current series are made in China and Japan - I doubt they will fix them, probably just replace them.

They are excellent to deal with, I took in a black gun scope, that I got a great deal on, to check the authenticity. They advised me that the usually don't do walk ins, but the took mine in, disassembled and cleaned it for me for free. Turns out the scope was authentic, and the A/O member that I bought it from was a stand up guy

They are Wind River Cascades. About 14 yrs old. Rotating eyepiece is broken
They fog real easily now. Not sure what can be done to them but would like to try.

They have to be sent to the States. Okotoks doesn't repair binosas of the last time I sent some in.

I also sent in a set of older green ring bino's last year and they fixed them right up and were back within 4 days. Korth is the way to go.

I had similar situation with the eye cup outer twist piece. I had a pair of 10x50 Olympics camouflage and they replaced them with a new Bak-4 10x50 in Camo back in 2015. My original binos were like 18-20 years old.

Great service with Korth

I'm taking about my experience with what Korth told me to do. They did not service binos when I called them. If they do now, thats great.

My turn around was so good.
