I would go buy every elk on the Suffield base and kill every one with my P-0 points , just to stop all the god d@m whining and sniveling . Then go buy the saddle hills and kick every body out .Then off to buy a nice mine south of Hinton , fence it and run a outfitting service for non residents only .This is just for a start but there would be more I would buy !!

Even after the IRS take half you still end up with $450 million.

Personally that is too much wealth to suddenly for me.

I wouldn't play something like that.

But I know there has to be some on here that would.

We just see what??? 60 some million??? Here in Canada.

Even that is too much to sudden.

What would you do with nearly $1 billion dollars?

Be happy

Default Family security

Hire some good ol' boys to ride shotgun (drink beer) with me while I travelled with the family. Hands on geography learnin' for my sons and wife..LOL Prob hire a travelling teacher for the boys just to round out their three R's. She'd have to speak a few different languages and have really big....ummmm.....vocabularies😎 Sea travel would be by live-aboard trimaran. Land travel would be a convoy of Knight XV armoured trucks. Funding for charities/health care for children and the elderly. START A NEW POLITICAL PARTY THAT IS NOT LIB/CON/NDP!!!!! Then, just for poops and giggles, I'd get really weird with Bill Murray! Good luck to all of you who have a horse in the race!!!

Let's see... I could buy one-way bus tickets out of Alberta for all those who voted NDP...

And then I would buy Bodo.

Just goes to show how easily manipulated people are due to their own greed. A big number lotto has em all scrambling to throw money away. Pathetic, really.

I would not hire RescueDiver for my financial advisor. Sucks when I'm the one that gets ribbed for a oops, but it sure is funny when someone else has one!

After taking care of family & friends I'd buy a palace in Whistler and another in Tofino with the baddest fishing boat money could buy and my new "job" would be to Salmon fish all summer and snowboard & sled all winter.

I would hire The Rolling Stones to play my housewarmings.

To alleviate the stress of my new life I would travel often to exotic places like Bora Bora.

Not sure why this old thread was revived, but these are some of the greatest posts I've ever seen.

I'd buy a 2018 GT350R.

Buy a yacht and and a helicopter. Leave yacht in International Waters and chopper ashore.

Give to charity? Nope. They just spend it stupidly

Church? Nope. They dont need it.

I have select friends that would benefit if they let me. Most if not all would say no thank you.

But I would like to take them all on trips around the world after I convinced them to let me retire them. Totally.

I might go to an Oilers game if the tickets were reasonable

Id have Duran Duran play my birthday party again.

Id pay businesses that I frequent to stop playing country music.

Id pay Justin Trudeau to leave politics forever.

Id pay for Wendy Cukier’s Weight Watcher program because I think she would be much happier if she wasn’t fat

Id pay legal fees for two of my friends’ divorce so they could get away from their lazy idiotic husbands and meet some real men

And Id buy a ball cap. I need one. Kinda thinking grey but blue would probably work too

I would have as many kids as the wife could handle. I would then move to Texas and take every last penny with me. I would spend a lot on machine guns and jumbo shrimp.

I wouldn't give anybody jack krap.

Buy a 911 and maybe a perazzi and burn the rest in my wood stove and send pics to anybody that still talks to me.

If I win I will start a competition offering 1,000,000 to the first 10 AO members that provide me with gps coordinates to the best mule deer, elk and sheep honey holes in Southern Alberta. I will verify the claims and, should I win, distribute the money at this time.

If anyone wants to secure their place in line before the rush when my win is announced, just PM me the info.
