Numrich Arms and Western Gun Parts both had them last time I needed one, which is about 18 months ago. Problem is there are a bunch of different size buttstocks over the years so you may have to grind it to fit. I ended up just buying a generic one and grinding it down as the ones available were all a touch smaller than my buttstock. Measure length, width at max, and hole spacing to make sure you get the right one.

Let me check when I get home. I just remembered that I replaced a buttstock on one of those with a boydes a couple of months ago. The old stock may have a buttplate on it. Will let u know later today.

Found the old 410/22 buttstock. It does have the plate on it and it is pretty much in perfect shape. It is the straight stock from the early 60s with no montey carlo hump. Also has the through bolt from the sounds of it when I shook the stock. It is 1.64 wide by 4.8 long. Screws are Phillip's head with 3.1 centre to centre. Does this sound like it will fit yours. If so you are welcome to pick it up. I am Edmonton. will ship to you if pickup doesn't work.
