Its probably a prehistoric polar bear that the crazy biologists/tree huggers figured could bring back from extinction by puttin its DNA in a black bear, they figured hey if we can do almost do it with a Mammoth why not a bear, and while they are at it they would try to re-introduce Grizzlies to the plains, those guys are geniuses
