Default Dog Brag

Had Diego (my GSP) at the Brittany Spaniel Club of Canada Field Test today at Wessex Game farm. He was running in the Field Dog test for the first time for him and the 2nd FD test for me. Needless to say he impressed the judge enough he felt when time was up he should ride back and compliment Diego on his run, the gunners had the same opinion.

Diego passed his first leg of his FD with an 97 point pass and Gunners Choice. Overall I am very happy with Diego's performance today at the field and must thank Kim and Vern Brunen for some excellent judging, the gunners for the excellent marksmanship, and the Brittany Spaniel Club for the test.

Now on to hunting season the 2 more legs of FD this spring and maybe FDX and some Broke Dog Stakes come spring.

Yes I am very happy with him. The only other dog to pass the FD was my friend Dale's (Featherquest GSP) Raesa. I didnt get to see her run but I heard she put on quiet a show as well.
