To me that means, does Higginson have it?
If not, use one they do have.

i would agree with ^ here.
IMO, velocity trumps accuracy in most hunting applications.
what you (or your local shop ) have on the shelf is the best one to start with. since you have none now, id look at what is readily available in a small enough container, dont be getting a 5 gallon pail of anyone kind, pay more for a few 1 pounders and get some results, then stock up with whatever it is that you need
ask some reloader buddies maybe they have part cans of powder that do not serve them anymore. finding an hard to find, exotic or real expensive powder can be frustrating.
i would also just shoot a 'entry level' bullet instead of TTSX right off the hop.
