If I was going to shoot a drone over my air space and I was not interested in capture and release, would I be legal with lead shot?

Non-toxic shot only and you need your Migratory Bird stamp as aircraft fall under Federal regs.

Good point! You would probably need to use a ground blind and figure out what kind of decoys and call would work,
