Default Slave Lake - Access at Narrows?

Hi all. I was wondering how access is to the Slave Lake Narrows through Kinuso. I have sleds but wonder about snow depth in the parking areas. Hoping it’s easy to turnaround with my flatbed and unload.

If anyone has fishing reports they would be appreciated as well.

Lots of parking for sleds and trailers last weekend. Guys were lined up on the high grade. Sleds only. Don’t try driving out like me. Didn’t even make it to the ice before digging out then turning around.

Thanks for the reply 2alarmfishing. Hopefully you weren't stuck too long!

How thick was the ice? I'm wondering if it's time to get the extension out.

Fishing has been hit and miss but pretty slow most times, definitely not truck accessible but that sure don't stop some from trying and tearing the crap out of everything and rutting up the trails lol.... ice is couple feet thick need the extension on mine but that's in the hut so u may still get away outside but not sure best to have with u anyway. Parking is usually not an issue can usually turn the trailer around and park along the road, grader usually grades to the second parking area but hasn't done it this year...

Is the trail driveable with a quad or just sled?

Depends on how warm it gets. Trail can be easily done with a quad at sub zero temps, if things warm up too much the trip out can get interesting. If the trail drifts over and you accidently drive your quad off of the trail things will get interesting.
