Dave’s Killer Bread toasted. Gratuitous quantity of butter. Fresh, thick sliced tomato. Little bit of salt. Heavy on the pepper. 🤤

A couple of cups of strong coffee to start followed by eggs n bacon or ham, toast with jam, fruit and a big glass of tomato juice. I can't believe I don't weigh 500lbs.

It's like complicated toast but more flavor.

If I am at home, two pieces of toast and a gallon of coffee.
If out and about ( especially hunting ), steak and eggs or two pieces of toast, two eggs over easy, and a gallon of coffee!

I usually have a low cal protein shake and scoop of creatine. 6.a.m
4 cups of black coffee.
Then about 8.am.
small can of tuna in olive oil, handful of almonds/mixed nuts, and banana.
Chicken and veggies and a orange.
(3 eggwhite, 2 whole egg)omelette, peppers, mushroom, onion. orange or bannana.
Lots of water to hydrate to start the day.
I try to eat 5 small meals 3-4 hours apart.
Not into toast, cereal, pancakes etc.

If it’s not a work day bacon, egg sunny side up, and white toast. Made into a sandwich with a little ketchup and a good dose of hot sauce. But I need 1/2 a pot of strong black coffee before I even consider breakfast
Work day it’s whatever is fast toast, or leftovers, and toaster waffles are often fast food before jumping in the truck

1 can of salmon, 1 cup of rice...mixed up and microwaved for 2 minutes....leaves the stench of a woman's locker room and people leave the room but it hits the spot just perfect!

This morning had a nice feed of fluffy pancakes. Have been trying for a long time, but these were perfect
