Default Custom knife maker

Does anyone know of a good custom knife maker in the Edmonton area? I have a knife with a stag handle which I'd like swapped out with either a leather handle (like the one on the left) or maybe a nice hatched wood. The stag handle looks nice, but it's curved and would be more suited for a left handed person.
