I've probably used more Leupold 2.5-8s than all other scopes combined and if i was pressed to use one scope for all my hunting forever it would be it.

I'm trying out a Zeiss Terra right now which is comparable. Two things I'm not fond of on the Zeiss so far is the bulkiness and the warranty (2 years?).

Terra only has a two year warranty? I looked through the Zeiss site and can find no reference to warranty. I cannot see anyone buying them with a two year warranty.

(“Limited Warranty”)
Subject to limitations on electronic components, camera electronics and accessories described below, your Carl Zeiss sports optics product (“Product”) is warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for the life of the Product. If a defect that is covered by this Warranty is found, Carl Zeiss will, at its option and without charge, either repair your Product or replace it with a Carl Zeiss product of comparable specifications and value. This Warranty is transferable.
Victory PRF Products are not covered under a limited lifetime warranty, but are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
