A beautiful story

With this country is such hubbub and so many at each others throats, I wanted to share this story. Many have probably seen it yet here it is.
The sparkle and wanting to be happy in this animals eyes had be shedding a tear. I don't know (yet I do) what it was about the story. Such a wonderful story on how people came to make a home for these pups
