Default google earth with wmu overlay?

I thought I remembered someone here had figured out a way to overlay the wmu map onto google earth? Anyone remember how that was done? It certainly would be handy as a tool for finding new area's to scout. If anyone knows a simple way( not too computer savvy) to do this, I'd apreciatte the info.

Default How about on a Mac?

How can this be done on a mac? I'm new to Apple so it's probably really easy, but I have no idea how to do it.

Thanks in advance.

First off - CAC is a friggen legend for doing all that work. CAC: There will always be a beer in my fridge with your name on it.

Now, Apple stuff. No problem on a mac - just keep clicking through (you'll need to be signed up for google+ which basically just means you have an email/gmail account registered with google).

Download teh file - you'll see it in a Downloads window that pops up automatically. Press "control" key while clicking on the file. Select "view in folder". Open another folder window (command N) and copy the file in your hunting info folder.

Open GoogleEarth. Go to "File". Select "open file". Select the Alberta WMU KMZ file. Enjoy.

I hate being stupid. I have the Google Earth App on my phone and have downloaded one of the files yet I do not see WMU's listed.

Anyone download this to the Galaxy II phone that might be able to offer some tips.

I think you need to have the p.c version of google earth to make this work. there doesnt seem to be a way to load the wmu file into the android (mobile) version.
Dont feel stupid, I tried to do the exact same thing the day before you with my samsung note. Im usually pretty good at computers and i couldnt figure out how to make it work on my phone. I have the wmu file on my desktop and loaded into my phone via usb. The thing still wont work, no matter what i try.
Apperantly a few of the members have it working and we all owe c.a.c a huge thanks....so for the poeple who have it working, are you on real computers (p.c/mac) or tablet/smartphone?
