Darn.. can't believe I missed this!

Any chance some more long range shooting will be taking place? I want to get into the long range game this year for sure.

now i have it figured out...

the group pic is short a good chunk of the people that were there, i am sorry to those that missed out. i didn't even think of it till the day was winding down. any way things went relatively smoothly i think, i was definetly disorganized in the morn. we had a little of everything there, muzzle loaders, BPCR, and centerfires from 6MM BR to the big bad 50 and everthing in between. i think damn near every gun there scored hits at 1000. most impressive in my mind was the BPCR, they hit man sized targets at 1000 routinely. thanks to ken and the group for coming over and opening a few eyes.

I just want to thank all the guys for putting on this shoot. I never thought I'd be able to hit a 6" target at 1000 yards but with the proper equipment and proper instruction it was proved possible this past weekend. Thanks again. Definitely something I would like to continue doing.

I would also like say a special thanks to all the boys and girls that put the shoot on. It was a great day and all had fun. It was very impressive to watch the black powder guys shoot and hit those targets at 1000 yards. That showed skill. I never thought when I first started, that by the end of the day I would be able to hit a milk jug at 1000, but with all the special attention we had it was soon very possible to hit those targets. Again a very special thanks to Bingo1010 and all his friends for a day to remember.
