I don't have direct experience with them, but have handled the Raven and for the current crop of available semi auto in that price range they are probably the best option. If you want a proven platform could look for a ATRS Modern Sporter on the used market, but they are a much pricier proposition.
I wouldn't touch a WK-180 or Siberian.
