Default where to book holiday with good fishing

im looking at booking a holiday with the family in early October. I would like to go somewhere with some good offshore or flats fishing. I have done the mayan and Puerto Vallarta in mexico so would prefer somewhere new. im thinking Dominican republic or jamacia but am open to any ideas. I would prefer an all inclusive but it doesn't have to be.

Or Honduras. No All inclusives but i think after a trip down there you would not be back to an all inclusive.

I know you'd rather not o Mexico again, but tht is PRIME time at cabo San Lucas, there's a reason why all the high price tournies are there in October and November.

It's not really flats or offshore, but the amazon river in brazil for peacock bass and other exotic species would be nice too. Some of the species get pretty big too. anywhere from 2 kgs to 200 kgs.

Here is a species list and a exculsive outfitter site. I am not recomending this particular place of business, but just the area. Although this place could be great. Just using this website for the fishing info.
