Went out last night for two hours and lost two and my little brother lost one and had couple bites. Zig zagged the channel banks medium speed. All sinking line out aprox. 90 feet of it. Ripping once in a blue moon using big leech pattern fly

Once had Brookies in it. Seems that they did not reproduce naturally, which is a real pitty. Used to be a good rainbow trout lake once as well.

That can happen when they stock it a few rainbows get mixed in

Also the creek flows to summit lake and that streams flows to the Athabasca river and what is in it rainbows

A lady from Edmonton pulled two plus rainbows out of there last year in one day! Seen pictures and my buddy new before she told me because he likes to look in the fish cleaning bins to see what everyone's catching and he confirmed it with me. Lol

Went there today and caught some decent perch while trolling all that my 30 lb thrust could give with my brown trout streamer on caught six of the buggers. Then I got another 20 inch plus brown out of there. Man what a fight love it. Had hits all day from 7 till noon then went home. Try and get picks up. But man those bigger perch were sure aggressive today considering I wasn't even fishing for them. Oh we'll it was a little extra bonus for the day!

I found the bigger perch spread out all along channel on the north side starting from the middle of it going all the way back to the west end. Good luck Perroy. I noticed a lot of guys been fishing the far northeast bay and only getting smaller ones
