Alright, someone has to say it..........

Kevin, if I had a hare/martin mount come back to me like that, I'd be more than a little disappointed in the setup (the work on the animals is amazing though).

I understand having a smaller base due to space restrictions, but if you're going to have the two animals setup in a predator/prey scene, and they are only inches away from each other, I'd want them to be in more of an 'action' pose. ie, hare bolting and martin thrusting. Just a bit more natural I guess. Also, the greenery not only looks 'plasticy', but almost like little palm trees.

No offence ment at all, so PLEASE don't take this the wrong way! This is just my personal opinion. The 'yote is very cool, and the perch is awesome too!

Default Me too!

Got my owl back today. Found it on Dec. 21, had it to F&W and to the taxidermist before it was cold. Hit on the 16 between the Sp. Grove overpass and the fifth meridian.

Wife's comment when I phoned?

"You know you married a redneck when they think Christmas came early cause they found roadkill!"

The right ear tuft didn't appear to have grown in. There was no evidence of damage. Taxidermist did a nice job of giving it some ear tuft... Very happy. Mounting location is temporary to keep it from being damaged. I'll find a nicer piece of wall.

TREE-no offence taken thats the way it was suposed to be done. had a long talk with my buddy, i guess in 2 years he "forgot". as for your palm trees i agree there coming out and some dried grass is going in.

MB1-my buddy here in edmonton did that it was the only perch i caught out at pigeon last(06-07) winter worth keeping.

Mud I would suggest that instead of dried grass you should try to find some sort of pine scenery. They look shiny and waxy anyway in the wild so plastic should be OK. They are after all called "Pine" Marten. Other than that everything looks great. Congrats.
