Bow River Access to the West

I played golf at Valley Ridge yesterday and there is a lot of nice looking water out there. Does anyone know of good access points for a walk and wade? Thanks.

there was a park parking lot in valley ridge that we could use to access that section but it has been closed and posted with no parking signs all around the neighborhood.

so break into bowness park and walk up

I always walk up through the forest. It makes for a lot of exercise, but it is a decent stretch of water. Just like anywhere on the bow, some times the fishing is slow, though.
