Since I was unable to find a Forster Co-ax press dealer (with stock) in Canada, I had one shipped to my cousin who lives state-side.
He shipped it to me, and Canada Customs opened it, and likely lost a small package of parts/tools in the process.
One email to Forster, and they shipped the missing bits asap. They have responded to all my queries in similar fashion. First class service.
