Default Anybody golf Waterton ?

The severity of the fire didn't hit me till my son sent me this picture, taken a couple of days ago. Who'd a thought grass would burn hot enough to do this ? Lot of balls burnt to the core he said.

I golfed there about 2 weeks before the fire. Hopefully the fire helped the course. It was terrible and I swore I would never go back.

Default Waterton

My favourite course. I do not know the shape it’s in as it’s been two yrs. since I have played there. On one round I saw elk, deer, bighorns, moose, black bear and a grizzly. Was an amazing round. I do not know what I shot but I never even cared. I play every chance I get.

My wife and I golfed 9 holes there a bunch of years ago. (Maybe she wasn’t even my wife yet)
We loved it. Stopped at the liquor store in town, chatted with the clerk and he ranted and raved about how great the back 9 was. He couldn’t believe we only golfed the front 9.
It’s been on my list of things to do ever since.

Default Anybody golf waterton

I golfed there once. It was a great coarse. On one hole I made a good drive, right down the middle, only to have a raven pick up my ball and fly away with it. Good for a laugh though.
