Question the Block 22 ?

Worth the $$$ ???

Would like to shoot some fixed blades and would like something decent target to purchase.

I also heard theres a rhinehart broadhead target with replacable core.. would like a target that is on the larger side like the 22 Block

Thanks.

I like my block stops my prime allow at 20 yards.
you get what you pay for
my cabelas target will not stop arrows from my prime alloy at 50 yards its used but not all that much my wife shoots 45 lbs and its ok for her.(MOST OF THE TIME)

hard to beat the Reinhart 18/1, but Viking plastics sells the foam to make your own, Get 8 or 10# density foam and fill a box with it. When you wear out a spot mix up some more and fill the hole.

Is there a real difference between the new Block targets and the classic models?

I dont plan on shooting broadheads alot... but to broadhead tune and practiced every now and then to make sure the arrows are flying straight with my field points.

Any target is going to get destroyed by shooting broadheads into it...they mean business and take care of it...tried many over the years best was called a "American Whitetail Broadhead Target"...

That thing stood up to years even in the shop...however if you made the mistake of shooting a field tipped arrow into it you needed two men. a monkey and a dog to get it out...whereas a broadhead slid out perfectally...

http://www.archerytargets.com/

The Key with any target is have mulitple dots on it and rotate arrows...just shooting for center will leave you daylight ...

I was thinking of this one with the replaceable core.. the block black 22 vs the rinehart with replaceable core have such close reviews

I have the Rhinoblock too. Awesome target. Little harder to pull arrows out of but will last a long long time and then ill just replace the core.
