Default Organic Pesticide

What do you guys like to use as an insect killer

Was hoping to try something new to keep the bugs off of my tomatoes this year that wouldn't be hard on the bees. Saw a mixture of dish detergent, vegetable oil and water that was supposed to do the job but someone left a comment on that particular page saying that it had turned all of the leaves it touched black. no good

I use 7% vinegar in the mixture instead of veggie oil. Sort of discovered that when I had a fly infestation last summer, and the local store wanted $10 for a can of Raid. Worked great, 1st blast stunned them, 2nd blast keeled them over, and then I hit 'em with a burst of 5-7 shots. All died nicely on the spot.

Its practically criminal what they try and charge for that stuff, thanks for the tip if they get infested I'll test it on a few leaves to make sure the plants aren't extra sensitive
