Default military cartridges

I recently was given my grandfathers collection of military brass from ww2 Holland. In the box was a 20mm cartridge with no head stamp, it has been fired. Any help in indentification of this mystery is much apreciated.

Possibly a German Luftwaffe used in thier Messershmitt BF-109.

The size corresponds to 20mm Oerlikon
