Default Spot for Fishing with Toddler

Hello all,

I am hoping to pick people's brains a bit for a good fishing spot close to Calgary (within 2-3 hours) to fish with the little one.

Most of my fishing has been on rivers with adults, however, i would love to find a nice spot I can take my one year old safely while out camping.

Has anyone found a nice calm lake they would recommend?

Thanks!

Sibble lake was always god when I took my boys there when they were young, very clear kids can see the fish swimming in lake also..

Grotto pond, Sibbald pond and lake, Chain Lake, Dewitts, Crossfield... All good choices to take kids! That is, assuming you want stocked trout...
