Talking Bow shopping is like car shopping.

LOL

friend suggested I just go shoot a few more bows anyways. Good thing I did.

Fell in love with the Mathews Hēlim.

I shot the Chill the ZXT again.

Cant wait for saturday when I got time to go and Bring it home and pick out accesories. It really is true to shoot as many as you can. they all felt different. And even though looking very very very similar... the Hēlim and ZXT feel very different. That shorter ATA is a little rough compared to the Hēlim.

HURRY UP WEEKEND lol

Thanks Neil.... just now cant decide to go with camo and change out all the rubbers to green... or go black ops and change out them all to green.

IMHO the Blacked out Tactical/Black Ops bow looks so deadly just all Blacked out...The camo Models look great with strings and matching color rubber and dampeners in colors...

This was one of my Mathews pimped out...lol

Ya i was already going to change out all the rubbers for green ones or yellow. Problem is i think both the black ops and camo look good with the green rubbers. But i dont want to buy another bow anytime soon.. so want to make the right choice on camo or black. I plan on hunting in blinds and spot and stalks. I dont see my self up a tree very often.. but that could change as i scored a total of 6 properties now to hunt in Strathcona county.

Blind hunting go with an all black. (most blinds are black on the inside).
Black release, black arrows, black fletching, no crest, black knocks etc.
You want to dissapear in there. Sorry to a dampner on your colored dampners
but if you want to hunt from a blind, you should leave the colors behind.
IMOO.

Stalk or Stand or Still hunt go with a camo pattern, you
folks get lots of snow so may want to think about
White/Black camo as well.

Some thoughts ..

P.S. IMOO stands for In My Own Option (Option becuase I can't spell opinoun)
or was it onioun or maybe there's a p in the somewhere .. wait
opinioun there it is opinioun IMOP.

I think I should have ended this reply with an IMOP but i'm nut sure
what it means.

Hope I didn't offend anyone.

Dang!

I give up.

IMHO :-)
In my honest opinion

Here's a reference for the next time.

As for the bows, know what is going to be behind you
that way the bow will blend in to it's surroundings. Another
option to look at is camo wraps just to break up the straight
lines on the bow and a second set of dampeners.
Same goes for you the archer, black for stands, and
broken up lines for spot and stalk.

When buying a new bow you definetly want to shoot one that fits you properly and you can shoot well.Another consideration to think about is after sales service,I'm always amazed at how often my bow tec is tweeking my bow,and I have a good one ,works on my bow for free because I bought it from him. After sales service can really help you decide, maybe not on the brand of bow to buy,but definetly where to buy it.

Good choice WB

Regarding the hunting aspect, the colour makes no difference in your style of hunting.. Wind and movement determine your success and experience.

Pimp it out, keep it stock, still kills the same
