Default Antlered Mule Deer Draw in 304

Hey guys,

I got drawn for antlered mule deer in wmu 304, I was wondering if anyone has drawn there before and knew some good contacts out there for permissions as well as possibly camping in the area during the hunt?

Appreciate any info,

Riley

Go to the porcupine hills. Crown land. No permission necessary

This zone is mostly made up of crown and private land. I grew up hunting this zone exclusively for many years with great success. Many of the private ranches were good about allowing u to hunt. Best thing to do is buy a landowners maps and go for drive if you want pm me and ill give u the names of land owners that allowed us to hunt. All the landowners that allowed hunting was foot access only. There is lots of crown land that you use to be able to camp not sure anymore with the rules the implemented up there.
There is lots of mule deer up there just got to go find them and some good bucks as well..

good luck

Just make sure you have permission on any land you want to enter before you enter it. Landowners around that area are pretty good until you trespass. Be respectful. Be grateful. Enjoy the hunt.

I have an antlered mule deer draw there this year too. Put some boots on the ground in the porcupine hills and you will easily find some deer.
