Lots of people here in town getting the Flu shot, no different than putting on your seat belt, we do what's necessary to be protected.

I’ve never had a seatbelt have 2 inches of steel rip and tear through skin and muscle causing weeks of pain and healing before.
Bad comparison.

No it's not ... these days it's automatic.

dam moose....a little ***** in the arm and a bit of tenderness the next day is far from steel ripping and tearing into your hide/muscle....I too would stay away from that doc/pharmacist...there are gentler ones around here and some real pretty ones too

wife asks where were you..getting the dam flu shot....it took all afternoon? well ya know honey lots of paperwork to be filled out...doc's orders.

Got my Flu shot today at Shoppers. In and out in less than 10 minutes. No pain and the needle was only 1-1/2 inches long.

I don’t know if it does any good or not but my wife told me I had to get it so I did. Apparently those who hold the vagina hold all the power...

Went and got mine at Shoppers last night on 23 ave. In and out in 30 minutes, never felt a thing. I don't watch the shot go in, had to ask if she was done.

I consider the flu shot as optional. While I am out of the danger zone age-wise I will rely on hand washing and staying home if I get sick so I don't spread.

Like covid, I would rather get it now than be vulnerable to it when I am older. Every cold and flu I get and get over now is one less that will kill me when I am old. Got to love the immune system.

Customer of mine called today cancelling a couple of appointments. He got his flu shot Tuesday, today he has high fever and feels like he's been hit by a truck.(he's a physical specimen) Went in today for a covid test. He'll report back next week.
I wished him good luck
