Simplest way to clone is just a glass of water. Change out every 2-3 days. Takes longer but with it in water it stays healthy for weeks.

IIRC I left them at least a week (in a humidity dome) before they totally wilted.

I was sent a PM and that procedure uses peat pellets. That was going to be my next step since I sprout seeds with those anyway. I like them a whole lot more than rock wool cubes.

With cuttings of any sort a soak for 24 hrs in water always helps hydrate the cutting. Rooting hormones /aloe of course speed things up too.

Mine were all dying off and finally after about 2 weeks they all rooted.

Well it took a while but I finally turned my bud into oil. Now to start making brownies, cookies, chocolates, gummies, and whatever else I can think of. It's 68% THC and I got almost 100 grams.

Oh and I'll probably smoke some too!

The buds tested at just under 30% THC.

My buddy is growing the same strain in his greenhouse and the plants are about 10' tall.

How have you guys been making out with your summer crops?

My buddy that makes the oil tests it for me. I don't even mess around making oil anymore. He has all the equipment. Alcohol extracting vacuum system.

I'm sure it's just a few $ to test it. It takes a little bud and about 5 minutes.

I was away too much to do my summer outside run . On my last run I was making seeds so I am short and I might have to buy some (I feel dirty )

Oddly the seeds are GG#4 Autos I was also growing some auto blueberry but I tried reusing soil and apparently, autos don't respond well to that and they both flipped to flower early. But that turned out to be a bit of a happy accident. As it turns out the reversing spray works better on autos once they are showing pre-flowers. In my last attempt, I did the spray treatment on day 35 just before the plant was in flower and just did not last long enough to get pollen. I got plenty of pollen and since I mucked up the blueberry grow I did a cross we will see how the BlueGlue turns out.

I am testing those seeds now and both are growing very strong at this point.
The other two of this run are straight CBD plants.

Two runs ago I started using my own worm castings I got a noticeable jump in quality.

Just Curious,

If 1 or 2 tokes of 25-30% THC is more than plenty, what happens when you have a hoot of 68% THC?

I'm not sure. But make sure you bring a change of underwear.

I used to smoke a lot. But now a doobie lasts me couple of days. Unless I'm out ripping it up for the night. Or I'm drinking beer all day while cooking something on the smoker. Then I might smoke a couple.

The reason I made the oil is because the boss wants to try edibles. She doesn't smoke, but wants to try something.

I end up relaxing, then I end up dragging my wife to the bedroom lol. Don't know why, maybe she's too dang sexy.

I love the high potency oil. Less carbon going to my lungs. 2 dabs on a chunk of charcoal does me more good than arthritis meds. My strains are hibred auto flowers. One strain never makes 3 feet tall, the other is over 6 feet. I doubt that I will ever go back to photo period plants now. Far nicer to pull off two outdoor crops per season.

It took a while but I'm finally getting around to making some edibles. I mentioned before that the boss doesn't smoke, but she has been wanting to try some edibles.

I picked up a couple of silicone molds and some dark chocolate.

I'm using my weaker oil which is at 50% THC. I weighed out 2 blobs at 1.5 grams each. I decarboxilated the oil, reweighed it, and came back with 2.49 grams total. So knowing that I started out with 1500 mg of THC, I can now measure out exactly what I need.

I'll be going for 15 mg of THC per edible. That way the boss can cut one in 3 and try a low dose to start of with. Then maybe step up to a half of one if everything goes OK. And making a total of 24 chocolates.

So I made my edibles this evening. I ended up making 43 chocolates and not the full 48 that I was hoping to. I had no idea how full to fill the cups, but now I have a better idea of what to expect. And I'm sure I'll get it next time.

They would have had 15.6 mg of THC each but ended up with around 16.7mg.

These should help with pain, anxiety, and boring movies.

The boss wants to try one on Friday. I'm going to break one into 3 and let her try a lower dose.

Do any of you fellas ever eat these things?

We always made brownies but it was hit or miss on how much thc we were getting.

It's all thc content. I used 1.5 grams of oil to make 43 chocolates.

One or two hoots of oil is plenty for me.

If anyone wants to try some of these just let me know.

So my chocolates turned out to work pretty good.

Eat a half of one if you want to go out and be able to function properly. Eat a whole one if you want to veg out and watch a movie. And eat 2 of them if you're used to it and want a good buzz.

No one crapped their pants.

But the boss did have a bit of trouble making it up the stairs when she was trying to go to bed
