Default Loctite 380 (BlackMax)

Buy some loctite 380. It is way better than any epoxy. Epoxy tends to get brittle after afew month of shooting. Loctite 380 is the best insert adhesive I have ever used. It sets up in about 30 seconds.

I have tried just about every type of loc tite and other glues available.
24 HR slow cure flexible epoxy is the best I have found. The type I use is from the Golf club pro shops, it is called "shafting eopxy", and is used for carbon shaft to club heads.

I have not had an insert push up the arrow shaft since I switched .
