Default Scope mount for older BLR

Have literally done no research yet, but was wondering if anyone has a quick recommendation for what scope mount to get on a 1980's Browning BLR in .308. What would work? If functional and solid, the cheaper the better. Thanks in advance!

This BLR is 1977 vintage. I have two mounts, the long one- piece with the rings...no idea of the base make but someone may recognize the stamps. The short one on the rifle is a cut down Weaver 63B that he use for a red dot.

Best mount is the Redfield (like the one in the picture) or Leupold one piece (almost identical). They aren't near as inexpensive as the Weavers but they are a far better mount.
