Default What is this tool? (found in a field)

For the life of me I can't figure out what this is. found in a field, it cleaned up well.

Probably a busted piece of old farm equipment ... massey or international ???

it is an old chain detacher ( Chain break)

There is another one in captivity!!!! I have it was told it was used in shipping docks to wire stuff to pallets patch up pallets, break chains. Kind of a jack of all tools.
