Default Can anyone give me coordinates of Volkswagen Point on Calling Lake???

I am on the lake and it's pea soup fog. Does anyone have the coordinates they could pm me. It would save me a hell of a pile of time. I don't want to end up across the boundary. Thanks.

Just an FYI. There is no boundary anymore. They got rid of that goofy lake split a few years ago.

Hmmm.........apparently you're not fishing on the same Calling Lake I am.

With regard to Calling Lake about 35 miles north of Athabasca, I caught over 50 in about 4 hours last Saturday morning. Got my keeper early but they were coming hard and fast and I just couldn't leave. Had a boat with a father daughter combination in it anchored alongside the track I was running with my bow mount and every time I passed them we all caught fish. At one point the guys asked me to just circle them for a while we were getting so many it was ridiculous!

It was like that the week before, and the week before that too.

As for coordinates for VW point, sorry, don't have then with me. They're on the GPS in my depth finder in my boat in my driveway and I'm not at home. Sadly, I'm not on the lake fishing either *sigh*

I guess I'm getting old. Over 20 years working with computers and chatting online and I never knew that silly emoji stood for sarcasm. Just goes to show, you learn something new every day......
