Default New Dog
As some of you had read before. I lost my furry loved one to old age and she had to be put down.

My wife and I had been looking for a while before that and the search ramped up after Bella had past.

Well, after a lonely 2 1/2 weeks in our home we found an amazing dog.

She was donated by a couple in Airdrie who could no longer keep her because of their older dog just not getting along with her and wanted to find the right home for her.

She is amazing so far and we've been learning a lot from our new 5 month old dog. Only thing we are ever so slightly concerned within is her size. She is a German Sheppard / Rottweiler cross and weighs 35 lbs now. Here is a few pics.

Looks like you might get lucky and have a pointy eared pup. My good dog Wiley was a shepherd-rotty- blue heeler and out of 8 pups he was the smallest(75 lbs) and the only pointy eared one. And by far the smartest. He was a rescue dog. Sister in law brought him to me after we had to put old Tico down from illness. Congrats and many happy dog days to you.

XiphOid,

Nice looking pup! We have a German Shepherd / Rottweiler cross as-well, her name is Shadow, she was a rescue dog also. She is about 78 lbs, and smart as a whip, she is 14 now! I will include some pictures, as Your puppy looks very similar to Shadow, I'm sure she will look like this when she gets older!
