Goat draw priority not being added
I've applied for the goat draw for the last 3 years but when I look at the Priority and Priority History section of Albertarelm, Goat isn't even listed on there for me. When I check past orders, it shows that I've applied for the last 3 years. Anyone help?
Thanks

Yea thanks, just found it on the draw booklet. I thought there was a guaranteed award after 10 years
For anyone else - "Because of the limited number of licences available, the draw priority system will not be applied to this draw. Each licence will be distributed on a completely random draw basis, and no priority will be assigned to the applicants not drawn".

Tens years would be nice. Some of the non lottery draws like sheep in 437 are going to be 20-40 yrs with the number of people in the lower priorities. Goat, cadomin, bison are best as lottery. At least you can hold your breath each year as you check the results.

And there are still people that think that if they apply 999, it doesn't count as an application, so if they apply 999 for antlerless moose, they think that they can still apply to draw an antlered moose. Then they get upset, when they can't find the antlered moose option anymore.

The trick to drawing back then was to be the very first person to apply.
Computer program glitch which was kept a secret....
Programs always have a weekness.
The new trick to guarantee being drawn is to be the very Last person to apply.

For you old timers around here...
Who remembers the Super Server thread that managed to pick up all the tags at Suffield...
Still one of the best threads I can remember.

That was long discovered and corrected before the latest three draw winner was drawing multiple tags.
